Molecular Docking Study: Phyllanthus niruri L.'s Active Compounds as Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever Therapy
نویسندگان
چکیده
Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever is a disease caused by the dengue virus through mosquito vector Aedes aegypti. NS3 Helicase known as one of nonstructural proteins consisting some essential enzymes for replication. Nowadays ivermectin has been developed an anti-dengue haemorrhagic fever with therapy target Helicase. The therapeutics drug not found specifically. Methanol extract meniran (Phyllanthus niruri L.) reported activity to concentration 15,63 μg/mL. This research aimed study interactions and affinity active compound receptor (NS3 Helicase) know ADME toxicity profile. From 56 compounds meniran, there was best candidate which energy binding (ΔG) Inhibition Constanta (IC) lower than native ligand ivermectin, it nirurin -4.87 kcal/mol. These have good absorption distribution profiles so they are thought be candidates targeting better ligands.

Factors increasing the risk of DHF outbreaks The occurrence of DHF outbreaks is linked to a number of factors, including the density of mosquito vectors, particularly that of Aedes aegypti. The precise population density of Ae. aegypti that is needed to sustain dengue virus transmission epidemically or endemically has yet to be determined, but experience in Singapore in recent years suggests th...

The two basic methods for establishing a laboratory diagnosis of dengue infection are detection of the virus (e.g. culture) or detection of anti-dengue antibodies (serology). Until recently, detection of the virus implied solely the recovery of the virus by culture; however, current procedures can detect dengue virus RNA and specific dengue virus antigens. Consequently, these procedures are lik...

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is the leading cause for liver disorders and can lead to hepatocellular carcinoma, cirrhosis and liver damage which in turn can cause death of patients. HBV DNA Polymerase is essential for HBV replication in the host and hence is used as one of the most potent pharmacological target for the inhibition of HBV. Chronic hepatitis B is currently treated with nucleo...

Dengue (pronounced as 'Dhen Gey') is a mosquito borne febrile viral illness. Since its first recognition during the last quarter of eighteenth century, periodic outbreak has been reported from both developed and developing countries with Asia always remaining the area of highest endemicity Until the middle of 20th century dengue was regarded as self-limited, non-fatal febrile illness with occas...
